Twenty-eight UAE teenagers are travelling across the seven emirates to understand the heritage and culture of the nation.

This is part of the ‘Journey of the Union’ annual trek that selects four children from each emirate for a week-long trek within the UAE.

This year, three expatriate children were also included in the journey to mark the ‘Year of Tolerance’.

The participants will visit prominent landmarks in the country, including the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre, Al Ain Oasis and many more.

The walk that is being organised by the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court, will end at the Fujairah Fort on December 21.
