Bank Muscat inaugurates new branch in Maabelah South – The Arabian Stories News

MUSCAT : Bank Muscat, the leading financial service provider in the Sultanate of Oman, continues to implement its strategic plan to expand its branch network across the country, aiming to provide the best banking services to customers. In the same context, the Bank celebrated the inauguration of a new branch in Seeb, Maabelah South, Muscat Governorate, under the patronage of Sheikh Al Mutasim bin Abdullah Al Siyabi, Deputy Wali of Seeb, in presence of a number of the Bank’s executive management members.

The new branch is located in the vibrant commercial district in Maabelah South which has many commercial and entertainment shops and is witnessing notable urban and economic growth. The branch is spacious and featured with its modern layout to help process customers’ transactions in a smooth and comfortable manner. It has special desks for various finance products like “Sayyarati”, “Baituna”, and “Najahi” and omnichannel machines like ATMs, CDMs. It is crafted to make services and facilities accessible for the persons with disabilities so that they have a distinctive banking experience.

Abdulanasir N. Al Raisi, General Manager – Personal Banking, Bank Muscat, expressed his pleasure of the new branch opening which represents an extension to the existing network covering all governorates. He said: “Bank Muscat strategy focuses on ensuring the reach of services to all customers in all over Oman. The new branches are designed in accordance to the global banking standards in terms of utilization of top-notch technology aiming to provide the ever-growing customers’ base with unmatched banking experience.”

Saleh bin Mohammed al Maaini, Deputy General Manager – Capital Regions, said: “This branch is undoubtedly a new accomplishment for the Bank during the year and is a reaffirmation of the Bank’s approach to continue open new branches in the future. It is well-crafted to better serve the customers in Maabelah and help them complete their transactions smoothly and effectively.” Al Maaini indicated that Bank Muscat has 4 branches in Maabelah and 1 service center, while the total number of branches in the Willayat of Seeb stand at 18 with 4 service centers.
