Nine Credit Unions Enhance their Relationship with Bankjoy by Expanding CoreExtend Services

Nine credit unions have recently renewed their partnerships with Bankjoy, a leading digital banking provider. These credit unions have found success using Bankjoy’s award-winning digital banking platform, which seamlessly integrates with Corelation’s KeyStone core platform. Bankjoy currently serves over 70 financial institutions, with nearly 50 credit unions utilizing Corelation for core processing.

As Corelation’s first official Certified Partner, Bankjoy has demonstrated its ability to integrate successfully with the KeyBridge API and meet Corelation’s rigorous standards. This partnership allows credit unions utilizing Corelation’s KeyStone core to easily add Bankjoy to their services, while Bankjoy credit unions looking to migrate to Corelation’s core can do so seamlessly without disrupting member service.

Among the credit unions that have renewed their relationships with Bankjoy are Credit Union of Ohio, SafeAmerica Credit Union, Advantage Plus Credit Union, CommunityWide Federal Credit Union, One Detroit Credit Union, Coca-Cola Credit Union, Georgia Heritage Federal Credit Union, Mutual 1st Federal Credit Union, and Marshland Credit Union.

One Detroit Credit Union expressed their excitement about continuing to work with Bankjoy. Portia Powell, Chief Experience Officer at One Detroit Credit Union, emphasized the importance of providing members with a modern and intuitive digital banking experience. Powell also highlighted a new initiative with Bankjoy to launch a digital sub-brand for green lending, showcasing the partnership’s commitment to making a positive impact in local communities.

Michael Duncan, CEO of Bankjoy, noted the trend of Americans moving away from in-branch banking, with a growing preference for online and mobile banking channels. Duncan emphasized the significance of a robust digital banking experience and expressed optimism about deepening engagement with credit union members through these digital platforms.

Bankjoy, based in Detroit, offers modern banking technology solutions to banks and credit unions of all sizes. The company focuses on creating beautiful products with advanced features, simple navigation, and world-class user experiences. Backed by Curql Collective, Bessemer Venture Partners, Y Combinator, and CheckAlt, Bankjoy continues to lead the way in providing innovative digital banking solutions.
