‘Advancing DE&I through new partnership’

AbbeyAutoline, a major Northern Ireland broker, has recently announced a strategic partnership with Young Enterprise to support and equip young individuals in the business world. The partnership signifies AbbeyAutoline’s commitment as an impact business backer to nurture business acumen and self-confidence among the youth.

Under this alliance, AbbeyAutoline will be supporting 50 entrepreneurs within local schools every month, aligning with the broker’s values of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Julie Gibbons, the managing director of AbbeyAutoline, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting the importance of such programs in cultivating a future generation of business leaders.

Gibbons stated, “AbbeyAutoline is proud to be partnering with Young Enterprise NI to help develop the next generation of entrepreneurs in Northern Ireland. Programs like this are crucial in encouraging future business owners and changemakers, whose enthusiasm and skills will drive economic growth and innovation.”

Young Enterprise NI’s chief executive, Carol Fitzsimons, MBE, commended AbbeyAutoline for empowering Northern Ireland’s youth through this investment. This initiative aims to equip young individuals with the necessary skills and confidence to become key contributors to a sustainable and thriving Northern Ireland.

Fitzsimons emphasized, “This investment empowers 50 young people every month, paving the way for a brighter future by instilling belief and inspiration in each young entrepreneur.”

The partnership between AbbeyAutoline and Young Enterprise underscores the significance of collaboration between businesses and education institutions to foster entrepreneurship and innovation among the younger generation.
