Excellence in service recognized at UK Customer Satisfaction Awards

This week, Ocado Retail, Boots, and Specsavers were honored as winners at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, recognizing outstanding customer service in the country. Among the winners were companies like Ocado Retail, Novuna Vehicle Solutions, and Specsavers, who were acknowledged for their innovative approaches to customer satisfaction.

With categories ranging from Best in UK UKCSI Award to Employee Engagement Strategy Award, the winners represented a diverse range of sectors and sizes. The awards showcased the commitment of businesses across the UK economy to delivering exceptional customer service.
