‘Klarna Payment Options Coming to Nets in Nordic Countries’

Nets, the European PayTech company, and Klarna, the AI-powered global payments network, have announced a strategic partnership to offer Klarna’s popular payment methods to Nets’ merchant customers in the Nordics. This collaboration will integrate Klarna’s flexible payment options into the Nets checkout process for e-commerce merchants in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

By incorporating Klarna’s Buy Now, Pay Later, and installment products into the Nets platform, merchants will be able to provide their customers with a seamless payment experience without the need for multiple technical integrations. This move solidifies Nets’ position as a leading payments gateway provider in the region, enhancing the shopping experience for consumers.

Johanna Tell, Head of Nordic e-commerce at Nets, emphasized the importance of offering consumers their preferred payment methods to improve conversion rates and provide convenience. With Klarna being a popular choice for many consumers in the Nordics, the partnership will give customers more options and ultimately drive higher conversion rates for merchants.

Björn Bryngelson, Country lead Sweden at Klarna, expressed excitement about the collaboration, highlighting how both companies have played crucial roles in shaping the Nordic e-commerce landscape. With this partnership, merchants can now easily offer Klarna’s payment solutions to customers, benefiting all parties involved – Klarna, Nets, merchants, and most importantly, consumers. This integration is set to streamline the payment process and enhance the overall shopping experience for online shoppers in the Nordics.
