Lindsey Bleimes Joins MoveEV as Chief Technology Officer

MoveEV Welcomes Lindsey Bleimes as Chief Technology Officer

MoveEV has recently appointed Lindsey Bleimes as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), bringing with her a wealth of experience in the fintech industry. In her new role, Bleimes will be responsible for driving the technological advancement and expansion of MoveEV’s flagship product, ReimburseEV. This SaaS product offers seamless expense management and IRS-compliant employee reimbursement solutions for charging electric fleet vehicles at home.

David Lewis, founder of MoveEV, expressed confidence in Bleimes, stating, “Lindsey’s extensive background in software technology, product development, integrations, and team management sets her apart. We believe her expertise will be instrumental in guiding our growth as we continue to serve major municipalities and Fortune 500 companies in the evolving EV landscape.”

Prior to joining MoveEV, Bleimes served as VP of Engineering at NuBank, a fintech company in Latin America, where she led the scaling of software teams and spearheaded various tech initiatives. Her previous experience at Wayfair as an Engineering Director also equipped her with valuable knowledge in search technology, 3D modeling, and big data systems.

Bleimes has a strong commitment to diversity and mentorship, having founded the Women in Technology group during her time at Wayfair and supported the Big Sister organization to empower future leaders in the tech community. Her dedication to fostering inclusivity aligns with MoveEV’s values and mission.

Excited about her new role, Bleimes commented, “MoveEV presents a unique intersection of technology and sustainability. The importance of accurately reimbursing for home charging while remaining charger and vehicle agnostic cannot be overlooked in our transition to a sustainable future. I look forward to contributing to the development of cutting-edge technology that enhances the user experience for our drivers and administrators.”

Kate Harrison, Co-Founder of MoveEV, praised Bleimes’ strategic leadership in tech projects and her advocacy for diversity in the industry. “Her vision for technology, passion for product development, and dedication to operational excellence will undoubtedly keep MoveEV at the forefront of the EV transition,” Harrison affirmed.

With Bleimes now at the helm as CTO, MoveEV is well-positioned to continue its commitment to innovation and sustainability in the growing electric vehicle market.
