Phase II of Rickenbacker Logistics Park Completes 2 Million Square Feet Premier Wraps – Industrial Space Expansion

Premier Design + Build Group has announced the completion of Phase II of the Rickenbacker Logistics Park project in Columbus, OH. This new phase adds over two million square feet of industrial space for client CT Realty, nearly doubling the size of the project’s initial phase.

According to Ryan Keefe, Premier’s EVP for the Midwest, “The Rickenbacker Logistics Park is a best-in-class campus designed to meet the needs of today’s users and is strategically located in a region experiencing rapid growth. With each phase we complete, we continue to see high demand for these spaces that support business success.”

The Premier team responsible for the project included program manager Samantha Skopek, project manager Dan Freitag, and superintendent Thomas Sterbenz. They have already started work on Phase III, which will consist of a 773,000-square-foot building, bringing the total size of Rickenbacker Logistics Park to four million square feet spread across six buildings.

The completion of Phase II marks another milestone in the development of this state-of-the-art industrial park, catering to the needs of modern businesses and contributing to the economic growth of the region.
