Precision for Medicine, a clinical development company based in Bethesda, MD, has extended its partnership with St. John Properties at Riverside Tech Park in Frederick, Maryland. The company, which operates globally, has been leasing space from St. John Properties in Frederick since 1999. They currently occupy the entire 75,000 square foot building at 8425 Precision Way and are now expanding into an additional 41,040 square feet at 8440 Broadband Drive, a new 52,080 square foot building.
St. John Properties recently finished construction on two new flex/R&D buildings at 8440 and 8450 Broadband Drive, totaling approximately 103,000 square feet. Riverside Tech Park, located within the I-270 Technology Corridor, is in close proximity to research institutions like the National Cancer Institute and Frederick National Lab for Cancer Research.
This renewal and expansion showcase the continued growth and success of Precision for Medicine and solidify their commitment to the Maryland area.
