Likewise Group plc (LON:LIKE), a rapidly expanding UK floor coverings distributor, has announced that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be sent out today to shareholders who have opted to receive physical copies.
The AGM is scheduled for 10:00am on 20 June 2024 at Unit 4 Radial Park, Solihull Parkway, Birmingham Business Park, Solihull B37 7WN.
Additional information on the AGM format, attendance guidelines, as well as copies of the Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report and Accounts will be available on the Group’s website soon at: likewiseplc.com/documents-reports-and-presentations.
Regardless of whether shareholders plan to attend the AGM, the Group urges all shareholders to complete and submit a proxy form following the instructions outlined in the Notice of the AGM.
Voting outcomes on the resolutions proposed at the AGM will be disclosed via the Regulatory News Service and posted on the company’s website shortly after the conclusion of the meeting.
The Board is confident that the resolutions in the Notice of AGM are in the best interests of the Group and its shareholders at large, and therefore recommends that shareholders vote in favor of them.
