Arizona Financial Credit Union Collaborates with NCR Atleos to Enhance Self-Service Banking

Arizona Financial Credit Union (AZFCU) has selected Atleos’ ATM as a Service (ATMaaS) solution to enhance its self-service banking channel and improve the overall member experience. With many of the credit union’s ATMs nearing the end of their life cycle, AZFCU sought a solution that would support ongoing growth and provide strong self-service experiences.

“As we continue to expand and grow our membership across Arizona, we needed a way to support this scale with added operational efficiencies and a robust member experience,” said Chad Forkenbrock, EVP & Chief Operating Officer of AZFCU. “Atleos’ ATMaaS will allow us to bring new functionality, faster innovation, and greater reliability to our members, all while benefiting from a predictable cost structure and more time to focus on strategic growth plans.”

By outsourcing the management and maintenance of its ATM fleet to Atleos, AZFCU can lower costs and allocate more resources to digital and growth priorities. This strategic partnership reflects a growing trend among financial institutions to rely on trusted partners to run critical self-service channels.

Atleos, a leader in expanding self-service financial access, offers industry-leading ATM expertise, the largest independently-owned ATM network, always-on global services, and constant innovation. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Atleos has a global presence with 20,000 employees dedicated to improving operational efficiency for financial institutions, driving footfall for retailers, and enabling digital-first financial self-service experiences for consumers.
