Beacon Hill Associates, a division of Specialty Program Group LLC (Beacon Hill), has appointed Paul Dastis as the Vice President of the Northeast Region. Dastis, with 30 years of experience in the industry, will be based in New York.
Before joining Beacon Hill, Dastis spent a decade at The Hartford as the Managing Director of the company’s Environmental Division. He also held a position at Navigators, part of The Hartford, as the East Coast Zonal Vice President for the Environmental Division. Additionally, Dastis worked at Liberty International Underwriters as the Assistant Vice President of the Environmental Division.
With previous leadership roles at Marsh and AIG, Dastis brings a wealth of expertise to his new role at Beacon Hill Associates. Michael Tighe, Executive Vice President and Northeast Regional Manager at Beacon Hill, expressed excitement about Dastis joining the team. Tighe believes that Dastis’ experience in the environmental sector will be a valuable asset to the firm as they aim to strengthen their capabilities and expand their successful book of business in the Northeast region.
