J. Calnan & Associates, a leading general contractor, has recently finished a cutting-edge life sciences project in Waltham, Massachusetts. This 52,000-square-foot facility, located at 880 Winter St., was custom-built for Lyra Therapeutics, a prominent biotechnology company. The space includes a 5,000-square-foot manufacturing area, quality control labs, support labs, and office space.

The project architect for this state-of-the-art facility was Perkins & Will, with BR&A Engineers overseeing the development process. The building is owned by Boston Properties, a renowned real estate firm in the Boston area.

This new life sciences facility is a testament to the growing importance of Waltham as a hub for biotechnology and innovation in the Greater Boston area. With top-of-the-line amenities and a strategic location, this project is set to make a significant impact on the life sciences industry.
