Craig Felenstein, CFO, Departs Lindblad Expeditions

Lindblad Expeditions’ Chief Financial Officer, Craig Felenstein, is leaving the company to pursue a non-competitive opportunity, according to a recent filing. Felenstein, who joined the company in September 2016, has been credited with making significant contributions that have strengthened Lindblad Expeditions.

In a statement, Lindblad Expeditions expressed gratitude to Felenstein for his efforts and wished him well in his future endeavors. The company is now actively searching for a successor to fill the role left vacant by Felenstein’s departure.

Prior to his time at Lindblad Expeditions, Felenstein served as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategic Finance at Shutterstock. He also held various management positions at Discovery Communications, News Corp., Viacom, and Arthur Andersen & Co.

Felenstein’s departure marks the end of an era at Lindblad Expeditions, but the company remains optimistic about finding a qualified successor to continue its mission of providing exceptional expedition travel experiences.

Overall, Felenstein’s time at Lindblad Expeditions has left a lasting impact on the company, and his contributions will be missed.
