C&W Services Welcomes Michael Gill as Senior Director of Client Services for New England

C&W Services is proud to announce the appointment of Michael Gill as the senior director of Client Services for New England. In his new role, Gill will be responsible for overseeing Engineering & Maintenance operations in the region.

With over 30 years of experience in building operations, facilities engineering, energy conservation, and sustainability, Gill brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. He has managed prominent high-rise buildings in Greater Boston, including 100 Summer Street, 125 Summer Street, Center Plaza, and One Memorial Drive. Prior to joining C&W Services, Gill served as the director of operations at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, where he successfully implemented a Climate Action Plan focused on reducing Energy Use Intensity (EUI) and Carbon Use Intensity (CUI).

“We are thrilled to have Michael join our organization,” said Angel Doyle, vice president of Client Services for New England. “His exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience will help us continue to grow and excel in our engineering and maintenance operations.”

Gill’s appointment underscores C&W Services’ commitment to delivering top-notch services and expertise to its clients. This strategic move will undoubtedly strengthen the company’s position in the market and further enhance its reputation for excellence in facility management.
