‘Founding Partner Visa to Co-Host Dubai FinTech Summit’

Visa has solidified its partnership with the Dubai FinTech Summit (DFS) by joining as a founding partner and co-host. This move aligns with the global payments company’s strategy to support innovative businesses and drive future-focused solutions in the digital economy.

With initiatives like the Fast Track program, Accelerators, and Visa Everywhere, Visa is empowering fintechs to create innovative solutions for consumers and businesses. This partnership, secured through a three-year agreement, reflects Visa’s commitment to fostering innovation and enterprise in Dubai and beyond, as highlighted by Mohammad Alblooshi, CEO of DIFC Innovation Hub.

Hasan M. Kazmi, Vice President and Head of Digital Partnerships for Visa CEMEA, emphasized the value of Visa’s participation as a co-host sponsor of the Dubai FinTech Summit. This platform will enable Visa and its partners to explore collaborative opportunities and drive innovation in digital commerce. Kazmi believes that bringing together global fintech and technology experts at the summit will spark discussions and connections that will shape the future of finance, both regionally and globally.

Scheduled for 6th-7th May 2024, the Dubai FinTech Summit is set to bring together over 8,000 decision-makers, 300 thought leaders, and 200 exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge technologies. This unprecedented gathering aims to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and shape the future of finance on a global scale.
