‘Long-standing agency relocates to bigger office space’

MD Properties, a property agency based in Stafford, has recently relocated to a new branch on Mill Street in the town center after 25 years at their previous location. The new premises, spanning two floors, will support the agency’s expansion plans by accommodating additional staff members.

Director Izabela Soszynska-Opryszek expressed her excitement about the move, stating that the business has experienced significant growth in recent years, necessitating a larger space. She credited the hard work of the existing team, led by office manager Nicola Leese, for making the move possible. To celebrate the relocation, MD Properties will be offering a special promotion for landlords starting June 1st, with details to be shared on their website soon.

Co-director Robert Macfarlane, who co-founded the business 31 years ago with his late wife, Diane, commended the move as a positive step for the agency. He emphasized the team’s expertise in property management, with both himself and Izabela also being professional landlords with extensive experience in the industry.

The new office space is expected to provide a welcoming environment for both current and prospective landlords, reflecting MD Properties’ commitment to providing quality service and support in the property market.
