Pinstripes Holdings, Inc., a Northbrook, IL-based dining and entertainment brand known for its unique combination of bistro, bowling, bocce, and private event space, has recently inked a new master broker agreement with Newmark. Under this agreement, Newmark will serve as Pinstripes’ master broker across the U.S. and internationally, working in collaboration with Pinstripes’ existing network of local brokers.
Dale Schwartz, the CEO and Founder of Pinstripes, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “Pinstripes remains focused on expanding our presence in the U.S. by offering exceptional cuisine along with bowling and bocce. By teaming up with Rob Cohen, Jeremy Ezra, and the Newmark team, we are confident that we can successfully enter new markets.”
Newmark’s vice chairman, Jeremy Ezra, also commented on the collaboration, saying, “We are thrilled to partner with the iconic and experiential brand like Pinstripes. Our goal is to work closely with developers and landlords to help Pinstripes achieve their vision of opening at least 150 locations across the United States and beyond.”
The newly opened Pinstripes location in Orlando serves as a testament to the brand’s growth and popularity as they continue to expand their unique dining and entertainment concept to new markets.
