Seeking Candidates for Nebraska Wheat Board

The Nebraska Wheat Board is currently seeking candidates to fill directorship positions for District 1 and District 6, as the appointments for two members are set to expire on June 30.

District 1 comprises Sioux, Scotts Bluff, Dawes, Box Butte, Morrill, Sheridan, and Garden counties, while District 6 covers a vast area including Adams, Webster, Nuckolls, Thayer, Jefferson, Gage, Johnson, Nemaha, and many more.

To qualify, candidates must be residents of Nebraska, at least 21 years old, actively involved in wheat production in the state for a minimum of five years, living in a county within the respective district they are applying for, and earning a significant portion of their income from wheat production.
