‘Vital Updates for Ilminster Community.’

Lloyds Bank in Ilminster is set to close their branch on 14 August 2024. This decision comes as a result of a shift in customer behavior towards utilizing mobile apps, internet banking, and phone services, reducing the need for in-person branch visits.

While the physical branch will be closing, Lloyds Bank is committed to providing support and assistance to customers during this transition. Customers can still access banking services through the mobile app, internet banking, or by visiting nearby alternative Lloyds Bank branches, Post Offices, or cash machines.

To further assist customers, a Community Banker will be available in the area one day a week for in-person assistance. Additionally, branch staff will be on hand to help customers get started with online and mobile banking.

For more information about alternative banking options, customers can visit lloydsbank.com/branchfinder or contact Lloyds Bank’s customer service at the provided phone numbers. Lloyds Bank remains dedicated to supporting their customers and ensuring a smooth transition during the branch closure.
