Introducing Ultra-Premium Salmon and New Latitude 45 Products at Seafood Expo North America

Puerto Montt, Chile-based salmon-farming company, Multi X, showcased its premium ArkA “Antarctic” salmon and new Latitude 45-branded products at the 2024 Seafood Expo North America (SENA).

The ArkA brand was introduced in 2021 and features antibiotic-free, Aquaculture Stewardship Council-certified, and Best Aquaculture Practices 4-Star-certified Atlantic salmon farmed in Chile’s Region XII – the Magallanes region.

At this year’s SENA show in Boston, Massachusetts, Multi X expanded its ArkA offerings to include hot- and cold-smoked products, highlighting the company’s commitment to providing ultra-premium, antibiotic-free Antarctic salmon that is traceable throughout the entire value chain.

Business Development Director Jorge Goles Niemann emphasized the unique characteristics of the ArkA salmon, praising its firm texture, intense color, and high omega-3 content. Multi X’s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Fernando Pérez, also introduced the Latitude 45 Smoked Salmon Candy Bites and Smoked Chipotle Salmon, aimed at offering consumers ready-to-eat hot smoked products with familiar sweet and spicy flavors.

“We are thrilled by the positive reception of our products from consumers, especially the love shown by American shoppers for our Latitude 45 brand,” Pérez expressed.

As Chile’s largest salmon smoker, Multi X is leveraging its expertise and size to adapt its offerings to meet the evolving demands of the market.
